Archaeological Excavation

Archaeological excavation may initially appear a daunting prospect and beyond the capabilities of many groups, but we aim to provide the training and support to enable community groups and historical/archaeological societies to run their own excavation projects in the North West. The Northwest Archaeological Trust will provide on-going support and equipment loan, along with post-excavation expertise and facilities.
